The ambient banks are used to charge the energy of the location with a positive vibe and also put the user into a positive frame of mind.
Once you run the actual ghost box part the ambient banks are deactivated while the ghost box is in operation.
No need to pick sweep rate ect as a random sweep rate is chosen every time a bank switches to keep thing as random as possible.
